GymFlow is a workout planning and tracking app for iPhone. If you need help with anything, email us — a real person reads every message.
What to email us about
- Help using the app — building programs, logging workouts, rest timers, reminders, Live Activities, or anything that isn't behaving the way you expect.
- Subscriptions and purchases — questions about GymFlow Pro, a subscription that isn't showing as active, or trouble restoring a previous purchase.
- Privacy — any question about what GymFlow stores or shares.
- Bugs and feedback — including what you'd like GymFlow to do next.
To help us answer quickly, it's useful to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the GymFlow version shown in the app under Profile → About GymFlow.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
GymFlow Pro and GymFlow Coach are billed by Apple through the App Store. Some things can only be done on Apple's side:
- Cancel or change a subscription: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Refunds: requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves.
If your subscription is active but GymFlow still shows the free tier, try Restore Purchases on the same screen where you subscribed — Profile → GymFlow Pro for Pro, or Coach Mode (via Profile) for GymFlow Coach. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe. If it still doesn't appear, email us.
Managing your account
- Delete your account: if you've signed in for Coach/Athlete features, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account to permanently delete your GymFlow account and its cloud Coach/Athlete data. This also erases GymFlow's local data on that device, and does not cancel an active subscription — see “Subscriptions, billing, and refunds” above.
- Disconnect a coach: a coach or athlete can end a connection at any time from within GymFlow. This stops the coach's access to your training data immediately, without deleting your GymFlow account.
- Sign in with Apple: after deleting your account, you can also remove GymFlow under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → GymFlow → Stop Using Apple ID, if you'd like to.
Your data
Your workouts, programs, and profile are primarily stored on your device. If you use optional Coach/Athlete features, the training data needed to support a connected coach — such as workout history, progress, and (if you choose to share them) body weight and hydration — is synced to GymFlow's cloud backend. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what's shared and how. You can back up your local data yourself at any time with Profile → Export GymFlow Data.
